Christianity or Humanity

I'm reading more N.T. Wright. That left me chewing on the following question.

Do you want to be a better Christian or a better human?  This question is interesting for Christians because of where they may place emphasis.

I'd love to hear how other people think through the topic.

The Power of Knowledge

Knowledge gives people confidence and a feeling of influence. Without knowledge we feel inferior. This is obvious in many ways. Even since the beginning when Adam & Eve were convinced by the serpent that "knowing" would make them like God.

It's why we read books, watch the news, and check Facebook. It's also why we gossip.

Have you considered what it might do for others if you gave them an opportunity to learn something no one else on the team knows and allow them to share it?
