My Top Book Recommendation for 2012

I didn't do a good job updating my reading list this year, but instead let me tell you which book has helped me the most in 2011.

I hated attending meetings, much less having to lead one. I knew others didn't really like them either. Meetings just sucked. Then I read Read This Before Our Next Meeting and of the few times I have tried Pittampalli's approach, meetings have been great.

They go fast, people have a reason to be there, and things get accomplished. It requires better preparation, but that's ultimately a good thing - for everyone. If you ever lead meetings, read this book.
