When is the last time you gave a name to each problem you face? Even if you listed out all of the problems do you think you can be honest enough to name the real problem?
For example, if I spend to much money and go over my budget you might say I have a money problem because I don't have enough income. However, the honest answer could be that I am just too lazy to double-check my budget before buying something I didn't really need.
You'll only find solutions for your problems when you call them what they really are. Otherwise, you'll just be treating the symptoms and not the disease. If you can't name your problems accurately then you've just listed your first problem.
