A Humility Shot

I'm reviewing Bill Hybels book, Descending into Greatness, where he focuses on Philippians 2 as the basis of becoming a leader.

It's a tough book to apply. It's like anticipating a shot in the arm - it's going to hurt, but you know in the end it's what you'll need to be better.
