Getting Real with 37Signals
Matthew let me borrow a self published book by the team at 37Signals.com entitled Getting Real.
They did a great job of putting together useful, creative, and innovative tips for cranking out web applications and having them bound in a book. They admit that much of what is shared is not original, but in order to create effective web applications, the tips they pulled together are valuable. In fact, a lot of what is shared could be applied to almost any field if you'll read it with a different pair of glasses.
These guys are doing a lot of things right. They also have a blog for usability, if you are interested.
