I find it pretty interesting that people who end up working at our office often find themselves at a crossroads in life just prior to accepting a position at our office. Story after story, I hear many share how they became a part of The Lampo Group, Inc. Very few stories fall short of remarkable. God’s providence and timing continues to amaze us as each new person begins work.
The irony I find is the fact that our building sits on the corner of Mallory and Crossroads. In fact our building sits right next to a sign that says Crossroads Business Park.
Then there is something else I find interesting. The word “lampo” means “light” in the Greek language and the icon our company uses is a lighthouse. Not only has Lampo served as a lighthouse for those searching for hope outside of the company, it has also served as a lighthouse where many have found a fulfilling job and sense of self-worth when they have felt lost in this world.
