QBQ & Flipping the Switch

John G. Miller is the author of both QBQ! The Question Behind the Question and Flipping the Switch. Both of these books are simple books on the subject of leadership. The gist of both of these books boil down to the idea of personal responsibility/accountability.

They are simple reads that everyone in our company is required to read. When I read through these two books, the biggest issue that he addresses in my mind and in my own words - "Stop whining!" If there's something going on in your company, home, relationships, etc... that you don't like, then do something about it by asking the right questions.

I also had the opportunity to listen to Mr. Miller speak. He is a very good motivational speaker. If you have the opportunity to hear him, do it.
